Quarter 4 Review: Mathematics
40 points total · Name: ____________________ Date: __________
For the adult
Give this review in the last week of the quarter, on a calm day. Sit with your child and read the directions for each part aloud. Read any item aloud if your child asks. Reading is not what this review checks. Do not time it. The time given is only a guide. Do not teach or hint. If your child is stuck, say "Do your best, then we can move on." Your child may use grid paper, square tiles, an index card for checking square corners, a ruler and crayons. Put the multiplication chart away. When you score, use the answer and the partial-credit notes for each part. Then add the points and find the level. This review is a snapshot for the quarter report, not a grade. Use it to choose what to revisit.
